The Metering tab on the details page of a location group provides insight into the status and currency of meter data. This section helps you understand when meters last transmitted data and until when meter data is valid, along with an overview of all meters within the location group.

Overview – What does this section show?
The Metering tab consists of three parts:
two graph charts with summary insights
a meter list with detailed information per meter
Together, these components provide a complete picture of the current measurement status within the location group.
Layout
Chart card: last received
This graph shows when meters last sent measurement data.
Meters are grouped into four time periods:
Last two weeks
Last month
Last two months
More than two months ago
Each bar shows the number of meters that falls within that period.
The bars are clickable and automatically filter the meter list.
Chart card: Metering up to
This graph shows until measurement data is valid for each meter.
The same time periods are used as for last received.
This map may differ fromLast Received if data was supplied or corrected after the event.
Here too, the bars are clickable and linked to the meter list.
Meter list
The meter list shows all meters linked to locations within the location group.
Columns shown:
Serial number
Unique identification, clickable to the meter detail pageMeter type
For example Electricity, Gas or WaterStatus
Current operational status, such as Installed or InactivePeriod
Meter installation periodLast received
Most recent date measurement data was received
Shows “Never” if no data has been received yet
Actions
Users can:
Click on graph bars to filter the meter list
search within the meter list
use filters such as All, Installed, or Inactive
click through to individual meter details
Not possible from this tab:
install or remove meters
add measurement data manually
adjust meter configuration

Why don't I see the Metering tab?
You do not have permission to view meter data analysis.
Why does it say “Never” under Last Received?
The meter has not yet transmitted or imported any measurement data.
What does metering mean exactly?
The date until which measurement data is valid, regardless of when it was received.
Can I filter meters?
Yes, via search, status filters or by clicking on chart bars.
Why are the numbers not correct?
Each meter counts exactly once, in the most recent category.
How often is the data updated?
When the page loads and when new measurement data is available.
Location group
Grouping of service locations for management and analysis.Meter
