Location Details Page – Contracts

Updated over a week ago

The Contracts Map on the Location Details page provides an overview of all contracts linked to a specific location.

This component is located at:
Locations → select a location → Details tab

This component is important for operational management, contract monitoring and checking delivery coverage per location.

Overview – What does this map show?

The Contracts Map shows all contracts that include this location. A contract can include multiple locations, but only contracts that explicitly include this location are displayed here.

The information is displayed in table form and includes:

  • contract details

  • customer information

  • products and services

  • supply period for this location

  • contract status from the location perspective

The visibility of the data depends on user rights.

Behaviors & Logic

Selection of contracts

The system displays all contracts that include the location as a service location. Contracts that don't include the location are never displayed.

Determination of the delivery period

The supply period is determined as follows:

  • if services exist specifically for this location, the period of the most recent service is used

  • if not, the global delivery period of the contract is shown

This means that the delivery period may deviate from the general contract dates.

Status display per location

The contract status is shown from the location perspective:

  • If all services for this location have been terminated, the status will be shown as terminated

  • This also applies when the contract is still active for other locations

Display of services

The service icons show only the utility service types that are actually provided to this location under the contract.
