The Locations map shows all addresses where services (gas, electricity, water, heat, cooling, etc.) are supplied under the contract.
Each location can contain one or more services, with their own start and end dates, status and consumption parameters.
The map is important for:
delivery management
billing & consumption
meter management
prepayment accounts
reporting
Locations are automatically affected by service or move-in/move-out processes.
What does the Locations map show?
The card behaves differently for single location and multiple location contracts.

All services at that location
Service Status: Delivered / Undelivered
Start and end dates of each service
EAV (Estimated Annual Volume) for consumer services
Prepayment information (if applicable)

adding services to a contract

Locations will automatically disappear when all services at that location are terminated.

Can a contract have multiple locations?
Yes, up to 200 locations.
What is the difference between a location and a service?
Location = address
Service = utility provided at that address
Can I change an address from the contract?
No, address changes happen on the location details page.
What happens if I delete all services at a location?
The location will be automatically removed from the contract.
Can I set a primary location?
No, all locations are equal.
Can I add a location that doesn't exist yet?
No, first create a location in the system.
Do I see historical locations?
Yes, via activity logs and history.
Do location changes affect billing?
Yes, changes to services or locations will affect invoice configuration and usage data.
What happens to future services?
Locations are displayed with an indication that services have yet to start.
Service Location – physical address where services are provided
Contracted Service – a specific utility (gas, electricity, water…) at a location
Utility Type – type of service (electricity, gas, heat, cooling…)
External Identifier – external system ID for a service
EAV (Estimated Annual Volume) – estimated annual consumption for billing purposes
Prepayment Account – account linked to prepaid meters
Property Group – group of locations with shared management or billing settings
Supply Period – period during which a service is active
Supplied / Unsupplied – status of a service (active / inactive)
