Contract details page - Locations

Updated over a week ago

The Locations map shows all addresses where services (gas, electricity, water, heat, cooling, etc.) are supplied under the contract.
Each location can contain one or more services, with their own start and end dates, status and consumption parameters.

The map is important for:

  • delivery management

  • billing & consumption

  • meter management

  • prepayment accounts

  • reporting

Locations are automatically affected by service or move-in/move-out processes.

What does the Locations map show?

The card behaves differently for single location and multiple location contracts.

Single-location contracts

  • Fully formatted address

  • All services at that location

  • Service Status: Delivered / Undelivered

  • Start and end dates of each service

  • EAV (Estimated Annual Volume) for consumer services

  • Prepayment information (if applicable)

    • current balance

    • emergency loan

    • outstanding debt

Multi-location contracts

  • Summary of active services

  • Button “All Locations”
→ opens a dialog with a full list of locations

In the dialogue you will find:

  • list of all addresses

  • all services per location

  • search function

  • Indicators for locations added today or removed today

Location data

  • Street + number

  • Postal code

  • Municipality/city

  • Country

On-site services

  • Utility type (Electricity, Gas, Water, Heat, Cooling…)

  • External identifier (if linked via external system)

  • Active period (start and end date)

  • Status (Supplied / Unsupplied)

  • EAV for consumer services

Add, edit, or delete locations

Add location

Locations are not added directly via the Locations map.
You add a location via:

  • the Move-In Process, or

  • adding services to a contract

Steps

  1. a to the contract details

  2. Start Move-In or add a new service

  3. Select an existing location or create a new location

  4. Select services and start dates

  5. Location automatically appears in the Locations map

Please note: you need specific permissions to add locations.

Terminate services

Locations will automatically disappear when all services at that location are terminated.

Automatic changes & indicators

When locations today:

  • have been added, or

  • have been removed,

a banner will appear at the top of the map showing:

  • how many locations have changed

  • on what date

  • which locations were involved

How Locations Are Used

Locations are essential for:

  • service delivery

  • billing (per utility per location)

  • consumption measurement

  • meter management

  • prepayment management

  • reporting and analyses
