The Services Map on the Location Details page provides a complete overview of all utility services that are active, in request, or terminated at a specific location.
This component is located at:
Locations → select a location → Details tab
This is an essential component for operational monitoring, contract management and consumption analysis within Zero Friction.
Overview – What does this map show?
The Services Map shows a list of all linked services per location, such as:
Heating
Cooling
Water
Grey Water
Electricity
Gas
Other configured utility services
The following is displayed per service:
the type of service
the current status
the delivery period
possible contract link
the estimated annual consumption (if applicable)
The visibility of certain information depends on:
the status of the service
whether an active contract exists
user rights
available consumption and forecast data
Layout
General information per service
Type of utility service (e.g., Heating, Electricity)
Corresponding pictogram with fixed color coding per type
Specific fields
Supply period: start date and end date
External service identification (optional)
Contract number (if linked)
Contract status indicator
Estimated Annual Consumption (EAV), if available
Statuses

Unsupplied (inactive)
Requested
Removed (removed)
The status is visually indicated by a color.

administrative workflows
Behaviors & Logic
Service status determination
The system determines the status based on the status history:
the status valid on the current date is shown
if no status is active today, the most recent status will be used
Contract logic
multiple contracts may exist per service
the map shows:
the contract that is active today
or, if there is no active contract, the most recent contract
Estimated Annual Consumption (EAV)
EAV is automatically calculated for the current calendar year based on:
measured consumption
consumer group averages
manual entry
forecast calculations
The origin and last recalculation are visible via an info icon.
Problem | Solution |
Service has no status for the current date | The system shows the most recent status |
Service has multiple overlapping contracts | The contract that is active today will have priority |
EAV is not displayed | Check whether an active contract and consumption data are available |
Contract number is not clickable | Check if you have rights to view contracts |
Status appears incorrect | Check the status history or contact support |
Recent change is not yet visible | Please wait a few minutes, updates may be delayed |
Visibility depends on user rights:
View Locations: Required to view the Services Map
View Contracts: Required to open contract details
Forecast and consumption data: required to view EAV
Users without sufficient rights:
may see fewer fields
cannot open contract links
may not be able to see the map in some cases
Why don't I see an EAV for a service?
EAV is only shown for consumption-based services with sufficient data.
Why does it show a terminated contract?
If there is no active contract, the most recent contract is shown.
How often is EAV recalculated?
Automatically with new data or manually by administrators.
Why is a service “Requested”?
The service has been requested but not yet actively delivered.
Why don't I see any Services Card at all?
The location has no associated services or you do not have sufficient permissions.
What date is used for status determination?
The current calendar date of the location.
