User roles

In this article we will tell you more about creating users and the different roles of users

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Introduction

The Zero Friction application identifies different types of users.

Users of the Zero Friction application are assigned a role. This determines what a user can do in the Zero Friction application. The authorization levels apply to the entire Zero Friction application.

There is a full audit trail to identify who changed data with a timestamp.

Manage users

If you are an Admin user (with the highest rights), you can:

  • Add new users at your Tenant level.

  • Set access rights and roles per user.

  • Manage access for multiple organizations and assign different roles per organization.
