More info on how our roadmap is built and how we prioritize features.

Want to know what Zero Friction is currently working on behind the scenes?

In this section, you will find articles that explain in more detail which solutions we are actively prioritizing now and next.

No more individual and isolated features, but a stronger focus on improving your day-to-day and strategical jobs. We do this by grouping features that together should make your job-to-be-done easier.

This gives you a more sustainable view of where the product is headed, which problems we are solving, and which outcomes we are prioritizing, while keeping the flexibility to arrive at the best solution along the way.

The articles in this section are living documents that we will update over time. As we gain new insights, we will share more information about which parts we are addressing within the job-to-be-done.

When we launch a solution, you can read about the concrete functionality we build to support these jobs-to-be-done in the next section as a release note. There you will find detailed information about what has changed, how to use it, and how it contributes to the intended outcome.

Even though you can no longer vote on individual features in this roadmap, your input remains essential. If you experience friction in your daily processes, notice that something is missing for an important job, or see opportunities to improve outcomes, we invite you to share that context with us. These insights help us validate priorities, refine our understanding of your jobs, and ensure we focus on what has the most impact in practice.

We see this as a co‑creation process: by continuously exchanging insights and learning from real‑world usage, we shape our platform together.
