🔄 Better invoice synchronization
Invoices appear even more reliably in the portal, immediately visible to your customers.
🔐 Safer registration
New users now register using their customer number and email address. Instead of customer number and postal code.
📩 Less intervention required
Sometimes customers forget to click on the confirmation email. To avoid this, we added extra steps that resend the confirmation email.
This means that a customer who tries to register again will automatically receive a new confirmation email.
And a customer will see the option to resend the confirmation email when they want to log in with an email address that has not yet been confirmed.
📄 Better overview of invoices
Invoices with a negative balance are now also visible (even if they have not yet been paid).
Clear distinction between outstanding and overdue invoices.
📊 More insight into consumption
Usage can now be viewed per contract. If you have multiple locations, this is now also more clearly displayed.
Navigating between locations is easier.
Compare each month with the same month a year earlier.

📞 Better customer service
Contact details such as your website, phone number, and troubleshooting number are displayed at the bottom of the portal and are clickable for quick access. We retrieve this information directly from your Zero Friction platform configuration. A support button has also been added at the top, where you can quickly access the contact information.
📵 Log out
Logging out is now more clearly indicated on the portal. It can now be accessed from "My Details." When a user clicks the email address at the top, they are automatically redirected to the "My Details" page.
🏠Changes in the flow of moving in and out
Moving in
In the step where you have to enter your address, customers now first enter their postal code and city. This way, we can filter for the correct address.
Signing files moves from step 3 to step 7 during a move. This is because we ask for the preferred language in step 3. Based on this, the files will then be available in the preferred language (if created).
Moving out
From "My Details," a customer can cancel a contract for a move. The portal will then no longer ask for the contract the customer wants to use for the move.

Two new templates are now available in Configuration>Communication, so you can tailor this communication completely to your own needs.
