Automatic Bank Transactions

Updated over a week ago

Organising bank transactions

The Zero Friction platform deals with energy billing based on energy meter readings and customer contracts. This is often referred to as Meter – to – Cash. The Zero Friction platform can also be used for reliable payment follow-up. The platform supports the processing of automatic payments (AI, direct debit, reversals) and the processing of manual transfers. Payment reminders and requests are sent automatically and are linked to pre-set deadlines. You always have a clear overview of the balance per customer and all the outstanding invoices.

Twikey in the Zero Friction platform

When you are using the Zero Friction BPO Services, we use as standard the Twikey interface to your bank. This allows us to provide BPO services adhering to the strictest security measures, making sure that your data is handled securely.

How to set this up?

To set this up, a contract needs to be setup with Twikey and your Bank. Once this is approved you can start to use the functionality.

What functionality does this offer?

The interface provides gathering the bank statements and importing them in Zero Friction using the automatic process of bank statements (CAMT053).

You can manually and periodically download the bank statements from the banking environment and upload them in the Zero Friction system. These statements are then processed and matching ‘outgoing banking transactions’ are then confirmed, setting the invoices/refunds as paid, or rejected, leaving the invoices/refunds unpaid. With the Twikey Integration you can automatically, without manual intervention, process bank statements in the CAMT053 format. The following banks are supported for this automated import; - Belgium - Belfius - BNP Paribas Fortis - ING - KBC / CBC - Crelan - Bank van Breda - VDK - Netherlands - ABN Amro - Rabobank - ING

The interfaces require interfacing with the Twikey platform:

  • Using direct debit or recurring credit card

  • Use your own bank or favorite payment provider

  • A Twikey agreement.

Agreements with your payment provider are also required. See https://www.twikey.com / for more information.
