The platform has rich functionalities. As part of the Saas and BPO offerings we drive new functionalities and local legislation to continuously increase return on investment.

Zero Friction has a quarterly “User Voice” that drives the Roadmap. This is the opportunity to impact and shape the roadmap of the solution. Zero Friction is developed using an integrated CI/CD pipeline.

Internal integration and QA environments are used.

You, as customer do not need to perform separate testing.

For each release a, a release note is generated and communicated to the customers. This allows you to get a good insight in the new features added to the release
