Introduction
The first phase starts with the initation of the project. A Kick-Off meeting is usually the first meeting between a client, a Zero Friction onboarding project manager, team members, and other stakeholders. It's hosted right after the project scope is finalized and informs everyone of the key deliverables, project timeline, and other essential details to help the whole team get on the same page.
Goal of the phase
The main objective at this stage is to kick off the project together with the customer project team. This includes going over the scope with the project team to avoid any misunderstanding. Next to this, a more concrete timing can be made based on the availability. The critical success factors are again shared to express the main drivers of a successful onboarding.
At the end of this stage, the actions and next steps are put together in a plan, including the roles and responsibilities and due dates.
