Introduction
Now that all preconditions are met the onboarding track can proceed to the action phase. Where previously it is all about gathering information, it is now put to practice. In this phase preparations are made for a smooth go-live.
Goal of the phase
The goal of this phase is to setup the environment and integration(s) and complete the configuration**. If applicable, this phase includes the formal analysis and development and configuration of the integration(s).
The last goal is to have all of the data migrated into the environment. To verify of the phase was successful, the environment should be fully configured and contain migrated data to be prepared for the next phase.
This all leads to the final objective of having a fully functional and configured Zero Friction environment.
