Introduction
The production environment has been released to the user, ready for the day-to-day tasks. The user will receive the required support in orde to get acquinted with the application and the best practices of the Zero Friction Application. After the hyper-care period of one month the production delivery is signed-off.
Goal of the phase
The setup is now fully operational. However, since this is a new way of working, there might be issues or questions that need to be addressed which high prio.
Therefore for a period of time after the go-live the onboarding team is still in touch with the customer on a frequent basis. This is also called the hypercare period. Any issues or questions reported are tracked and resolved.
After this period, the onboarding is completed and the customer is transferred to the support team and account manager.
