Introduction

Throughout the sales process Zero Friction gains insights in the motivation, business justification and the desired business outcome. These corner stones are the foundation of the onboarding flow. They depict the important topics which will be emphasized from start till finish.

Goal of the phase

The outcome of the Strategy phase is to have an agreement between both the customer and Zero Friction. This is concluded in a signed quotation document.

During this stage, the scope is finalized and agreed upon by both parties, including all of the assumptions. The expectations are defined and established together with any agreements on timing.

What you can expect

Sales handover

Internal Zero Friction meeting where the sales team informs the onboarding team of the project scope.

Responsibilities

  • Sales

    • Setup meeting with Onboarding manager for handover.

    • Introduce onboarding team to the customer's contact person.
