Compare consumption with consumers
From now on, you can also compare consumption with similar consumers.
Go to a contract and click on the Consumption tab. At the bottom of the chart, enable the toggle Show consumption group.
Zero Friction will then compare with the relevant selected consumption group. You can find an overview of consumption groups in Configuration > Meters > Consumption groups. Zero Friction provides a set of default consumption groups, but you can also create new ones with your own average consumption values.
Adjust a customer’s consumption group
If you think a customer is not in the correct consumption group, you can edit this. Go to the contract detail page and at the bottom you can update the consumption group.
Select multiple services in the cost overview
If a customer has multiple services, these can now be selected together in the overview.
