Bulk update consumer groups
You can now update consumer groups in bulk within Zero Friction.
Select multiple contracts at once and adjust the desired checkboxes in one go. This saves you time and eliminates manual work per contract.
This improvement aligns with the Consumer Cost Overview (CCO), where consumer groups play an important role in comparing consumers correctly and consistently.
Result: more control, less friction ⚡
Webhooks
In the Configuration section you will see a new Integration card.
Webhooks allow developers to let applications communicate with each other in real time.
Once a webhook subscription is set up, events from Zero Friction (for example, a new contract) are pushed instantly to a designated application.
Instead of repeatedly polling for updates, events are sent automatically. This also requires significantly less development effort than setting up a full API connection.
