Invoices now appear more reliably in the portal, directly visible to your customers.
🔐 More secure registration
New users register using both account number and email address.
📩 Less manual intervention
Sometimes, customers forget to click the confirmation email. To avoid manual follow-ups, we’ve added extra steps to automatically resend the confirmation email.
So, if a customer tries to register again a new confirmation email is sent automatically.
📄 Clearer invoice overview
Invoices with a negative balance are now visible.
Unpaid and overdue invoices are clearly separated.
📊 Better consumption insights
Customers can view consumption per contract.
Easier navigation between locations.
Monthly usage compared to the same month last year.

Documents are automatically shown in the customer’s preferred language.

🏠 Changes in move-in and move-out flow
We’ve also reviewed the entire move-in and move-out flow.
Move-in
When entering an address, customers now first provide the postal code and city. This helps us better filter the correct address.
The document signing step has moved from step 3 to step 7, since step 3 is where the preferred language is selected. Documents will then be shown in the preferred language, if available.
Move-out
From "My Details," customers can now cancel a contract due to moving out. The portal will no longer ask which contract the move-out applies to.
📃 New templates in the Zero Friction platform
Two new templates are now available under Configuration > Communication, allowing you to fully customize these messages.
