🚀 Overview of all sent communications

Add notes to customers to invoices

From now on you can add notes to invoices.

Useful for certain things such as:

  • Rate adjustments

  • Working in the area

  • Direct communications/information to customers

You can add these notes directly when creating an invoice, such as an incidental invoice or correction invoice. These notes only appear on that specific invoice.

You can also add a note at the level of a Location group. Everyone within that location group will then see the description on their invoice. This note will be on every invoice type until the message is erased. This description will only be overwritten when another description is created as described above on an incidental invoice or correction invoice.

After adding the note, they will appear on top of the invoice.

⚠️ Warning! When importing invoices, there is a column description. This field corresponds to the Note to customer. Be careful when uploading your invoices.

Add custom information to invoices

Do you want to permanently add extra company details or other information to invoices? From now on, you can add custom information at the bottom of an invoice.

Go to ⚙️ Configuration > Communication > Templates and click on Edit. Under Settings, enable Show custom information and click Save.

Now, under Translations, you can enter your own text, which will appear at the bottom of the selected invoice.

Overview of all sent communications

From now on, you can review all communication sent to a specific customer. This way, you’ll never have to wonder what you last sent.

When you go to a customer's detail page, you can now click on the Communication tab.

In this overview, Zero Friction displays the following:

  • The subject

  • Whether it was sent by email or post

  • The type of communication

  • The recipient (e.g., email address)

  • The sending date

  • Any issues with the delivery

Click on the subject to view the communication or select the row to download it.
