Easy pay

For customers who pay by bank transfer, we made paying invoices and overdue payments a lot easier with easy pay.

Easy pay is a collective name for:

  • QR codes

  • 'Pay now' links

QR codes

Invoices and invoice emails with a positive amount will now contain a QR code.

Collection documents and collection emails can now also be paid faster and more correctly using the QR code.

QR codes are automatically available for your organization unless you let us know you prefer not to use them.

QR codes are only available on standard templates. If you have custom invoice or email templates and would like to use QR codes, please contact us. [email protected]

Pay now link

Invoice emails with a positive amount will now also include a "Pay Now" link so customers can pay their invoice immediately from the email.

Direct debit emails will also contain a 'Pay Now' link.

The 'Pay Now' link is not automatically available.

We partner with Twikey to display the 'Pay Now' link in emails.

If you already use the Twikey integration to automatically upload incoming payments and you also want to show the 'Pay Now' link in emails, please contact [email protected]

Improved communication

We made communication around invoices and (overdue) payments much more transparent:

1. We added the shipping date to collection documents

The dispatch date on collection documents is always the original dispatch date.

If you resend the communication of a direct debit step, the original send date will remain unchanged.

2. You can now link to your FAQ page on the invoice & collection emails

✨ Important to know ✨

If you don't fill in the Support/FAQ field in the configuration menu, the link to your FAQ won't appear in invoice and collection emails.

3. We now include a subtotal and display the total payable on invoices slightly differently. No more confusion about the amount due.

4. We optimized the translation of many labels and added many new labels to invoice and collection case templates

Improved user experience in communication template editor

We made editing labels in the templates below easier by making the text field larger:

  • invoice

  • debt collection case

  • contract

  • moving request

  • personal information


Standard language at organization

We moved the default language from environment to organization.

An environment can now have organizations with different standard languages.

When you create a second organization in your environment, the same language as the first organization will be suggested. You can change the language before adding the second organization.
