How does Zero Friction match incoming bank files?
1. Zero Friction will automatically match (processing status) if:
* The reference corresponds 1 to 1
* The IBAN number and the amount must match exactly
2. Zero Friction will set a mutation to problem solving if:
* The reference does not match
* The amount differs from an outstanding invoice
* There is no IBAN available for the resident
Once a payment is linked to a specific IBAN number, ZF will propose linking this IBAN to the customer:
10. To be processed
Once all issues have been resolved, the bank file will be listed as Processing
