If your organisation supports multiple languages, you can configure this in Zero Friction.

When these languages are set up, the customer portal will also be available these languages. Based on the preference selected by the customer in the portal menu, the language can be switched by a language selector button.

Multi-language is also supported for the product-specific attachments. The user can upload different translations of the same document. Based on the customer's selection of preferred language, the correct document will be shown in the customer portal.
