Zero Friction supports digital move-ins and move-outs done by the customers themselves using the customer portal.
This way a customer can fill in the necessary information for starting or ending a contract without the need for a written document. Everything can be processed digitally and the information provided by the customer is directly uploaded into Zero Friction. The request will appear in the Tasks listpage.
A user can process the digital move request and approve it by simply clicking one button. Once approved, the contract is created or stopped for that customer, depending on the type of move request made.
The advantage of these portal move requests is that it is a much faster way to create contracts, both for ZF users and the contractors. It is much easier to fill in all the details online instead of manually having to fill in a form and send it by e-mail or post to the organisation, which on its turn, has to enter it manually in the system.
