Zero Friction provides integration with Zendesk and Freshdesk CRM software.
Via automatic telephone number and e-mail recognition, a user of Zendesk or Freshdesk will be able to see detailed information of that customer, such as: name, number, balance, (overdue) invoices, the serviced location, services supplied, the meter serial numbers and much more. This can be helpful for a customer agent when being in direct contact with this customer.
This way, the customer agent does not have to open the billing platform and is directly provided with key information of that customer inside Zendesk or Freshdesk itself.
An option is provided in Zendesk/Freshdesk to click through to the customer's detail page in the billing platform. This way, if the agent wants to thoroughly investigate the situation or make adjustments, he doesn't have to search for the customer anymore in Zero Friction.
