End of the year? That often involves indexations, or a check to make sure all values āāare still correct.
To edit or load new values āāfor your custom properties in bulk faster, you can now import an Excel file using Import Jobs.
Zero Friction reads the values āāand adds or adjusts them where necessary.
For example, you can:
add a new value for a property with no existing value
for a property with an existing value, update it
for a property with an existing value and a specific period, enter a new value for a different period
The custom property must already exist in the configuration. Therefore, you cannot create new custom properties using the import function. You also cannot delete properties.

This example shows you how to best format your properties to read them correctly in Zero Friction.
Technical:
The import jobs recognize the property by its Name and Entity Type.
This is important when you use the same name for different entity types.
To enter the value for a specific customer, location, meter, or contract, enter the unique entity reference, for example:
customer number
external ID
contract number
serial number
š Remove unused customers
From now on, you can remove unused customers from Zero Friction who have no history.
Go to the customer and click More > Delete Customer to delete the customer.
