Decide for yourself whether you want to automatically create refunds
Thanks to a new toggle in the configuration, you can now decide whether to automatically generate outgoing bank statements when a customer has credit balance. This way, Zero Friction will no longer automatically issue a refund, and you can choose when to execute it.
Make it easier to help customers register
We're introducing a new Customer Portal tab in the customer record. This will provide an overview of the customer's registered email address and an activity log with all portal messages they've received.
This way you can quickly see where a customer might be getting stuck during registration, for example, when an email was not sent.
How to consult the overview:
Navigate to the Customers entity
Open a customer's file
Click on the Customer Portal tab
In this overview you will see:
The email address used to register
The activity log
Do you want to restart registration?
The option to send a confirmation email will be automatically checked with the correct email address.
The recipient will then receive an email with a link to register again.
➡️ You can change the email address or choose not to send mail by unchecking the box.
Set up a customer portal yourself
You no longer need to rely on the Customer Success Team to set up a customer portal – you can now do this entirely yourself via the configuration.
Here's how to set up the portal:
Go to Configuration
Scroll to Customer Portal and click on Portal URL
Enter your chosen portal URL here
You will also find the necessary DNS records here to connect your domain name to your servers.
⚠️ Make sure your domain name is registered to activate the customer portal.
The page also shows the status of the setup:
When the portal is successfully configured
Or when a problem has occurred (for example: the URL is already in use)
