Invoices in the customer portal

If you choose not to share invoices created in Zero Friction with your residents, you can indicate whether you want to display invoices and invoice-related content in the customer portal.

We've added a setting to the customer portal tab of the configuration menu:

  • If you choose to visualize invoices, invoices and the outstanding balance will be visible in the customer portal

  • If you choose to visualize invoices, but you do not want to communicate the payment status of the invoice to your residents, the customer portal will only show the invoices, but not the outstanding balance

  • If you choose not to visualize invoice related content, invoices will not be shown in the portal

Advance payments in the customer portal

We've added a setting to the customer portal tab of the configuration menu that allows you to control whether or not your residents can change their advance payment amount in the customer portal.

Delivery status of invoices sent by email

You can now check whether email communication was successful for all invoices sent from Zero Friction.

An exclamation mark appears when email communication fails. You can check the reason for the failed email communication on the invoice details page.

The link to the customer portal is visible in Zero Friction

If you have a customer portal, you can now check the customer portal link in the configuration menu of the Zero Friction platform.
