This is an export that you must submit to the CREG.

You can create this export in the same way as you can already create exports for the FPS Economy.

Correctly link payments to company bank accounts

As a heat supplier, you can set up multiple company bank accounts. A specific account can be selected at the location group level. If no specific account is set, the default account will be used.

What's new?

From now on, it should be clear from which company bank account the payment request comes.

Therefore, from now on, when manually matching payments, the company bank account from which the payment originates will be displayed. This helps prevent errors and ensures more accurate processing.

You will also receive a notification when you try to match an invoice where the payment request comes from a different company bank account.

In addition, Zero Friction will now also indicate when a customer has made a payment that doesn't match the correct company bank account for that person. These payments will be flagged for manual action so users can process them correctly.
