Social tariff export extension (Only for BE customers)
The export for the social tariff has been expanded, so you can download the export "Protected Customers Heat Claims 2022".
It is now possible to export claims for customers who benefit from the social tariff on the 'Country-dependent' page.
This is an export that you must submit to the CREG.
You can create this export in the same way as you can already create exports for the FPS Economy.

Making customers liable for increased compensation
If you have customers who benefit from the increased allowance ("Bénéficiaires Intervention Majorée / Benieuwde Tegemoetkoming Verhoogde Tegemoetkoming"), you can indicate this at the customer level with a custom entity property.
