If you have customers who benefit from the social tariff, you can indicate this in the customer portfolio. From the customer portfolio, you can also export your annual report for CREG reports. Before doing this, you need to create separate properties in the configuration.
In this article, you will learn how to create three separate properties required for your CREG reports.
Adding Custom Properties for Protected Customer Claims
Which properties do you need?
SOCTAR: Indicates whether the social tariff applies (Contract, Yes/No).
GOVERNMENT_SHARING_FORBIDDEN: Indicates whether data may be shared with the government (Customer, Yes/No).
BIM/BVT: Indicates whether the customer benefits from an increased allowance (Customer, Yes/No).
How to add them?
Go to Configuration > Custom Properties and click Add. Below, you will find a table with descriptions of the entities you can create in the Configuration.
Name | Description | Entity | Data Type | Unit of Measure |
SOCTAR | Is social tariff applicable? | Contract | Yes/No | N/A |
GOVERNMENT_SHARING_FORBIDDEN | Forbidden to share data with the government | Customer | Yes/No | N/A |
BIM/BVT | Bénéficiaires Intervention Majorée / Beneficiaries of Increased Allowance | Customer | Yes/No | N/A |
Configuring Claims for Protected Customers
Next, you need to configure a few settings in the configuration menu before you can export the reports.
Go to Configuration > Social Tariff.
Enter contact details, company registration number (KBO), and GLN number.
Link the correct entity properties:
Social tariff indicator → SOCTAR
Visibility for the government → GOVERNMENT_SHARING_FORBIDDEN
BIM/BVT indicator → BIM/BVT
Click Save.
