The application is currently supporting the use of social tariffs for customers for Belgium.

When a customer is eligible for a social tariff pricing this can be specified by adding a customer entity property on the contract page of the customer.

This parameter is first configured in the settings of the application and then it is added on the contract as an entity property. Here you specify if its active and for what duration the social tariff is valid for the customer.

Soctar exports can be made listing all the customers with mentioning if they have or not have a social tariff active on their contract. These exports can then be send to the national/regional government body for verification purposes.
