An important part of the onboarding is getting all the data in Zero Friction. Data on customers, addresses, contracts, meters,… For this we use a data migration sheet. With this sheet, we can quickly get all the information in bulk into Zero Friction.

Besides this, we also need information on product and billing items. A product groups specific billing items. Each product consists of different billing items that can be fixed costs that have a fixed price and variable costs that depend on consumptions (e.g. gas, heat, water...). The sum of all the billing items will be the total amount on the invoice. Besides product information, we also need information on mtering. Which models, what do they measure, with which unity,…
