In Zero Friction you fully configure your organisation details, such as the IBAN bank account and the SEPA mandate. This bank account will be used for all invoicing documents that are generated by the system.

Besides the general configuration of the organisation, you can also define property groups for your organisation. Each property group can contain some serviced locations that belong to each other as a group entity. This can be handy when analysing clusters of serviced locations and follow up their billing or consumptions.

It is possible to configure an individual bank account for each property group. It will be used for the invoicing of its serviced locations; overriding the 'general' bank account of the organisation.
