Send collection cycle emails manually
If you have set one or more steps in your collection cycle to manual, you can send and resend the communication linked to the step via email.
Sending manual communication to the debtor by post was already available, but we have expanded the communication options with e-mail.
What is the difference between communicating via email and manual action via email?
If you select communication as the step type when setting up your direct debit cycle, you can choose between email or manual as the communication type.
Email: This step will be automatically sent to the debtor by Zero Friction on the configured date.
Manual: This step requires manual action from the Zero Friction user and will therefore not be automatically sent to the debtor. The user can choose whether to send the communication linked to this step by mail or email.
The layout of all Excel exports has been made uniform
When exporting customers/meters/measurements/contracts, the Excel export shows the exported columns in a uniform manner.
