Dashboard - Overview

Updated over a week ago

The Dashboard is the central starting point within Zero Friction. It provides real-time insights into all key processes, such as metering, invoicing, payments, master data, and communication.

The Dashboard helps employees perform quick analyses, identify bottlenecks and immediately click through to action points (“To Do's”) to resolve issues.

The Dashboard consists of three tabs:

  1. Dashboard - Overview of all operational KPIs

  2. Not billed - Invoicing status per period

  3. Customer Aging - Overview of outstanding customer debts
