The Dashboard is the central starting point within Zero Friction. It provides real-time insights into all key processes, such as metering, invoicing, payments, master data, and communication.
The Dashboard helps employees perform quick analyses, identify bottlenecks and immediately click through to action points (“To Do's”) to resolve issues.
The Dashboard consists of three tabs:
Dashboard - Overview of all operational KPIs
Not billed - Invoicing status per period
Customer Aging - Overview of outstanding customer debts
What does the Dashboard show?
The Dashboard shows:
KPIs on meter data, invoicing, payments, master data and communication
Graphs and concise tile information
Open actions with direct links
Full billing status per period
All outstanding amounts per customer, grouped by age
Exports for deeper financial analysis
The Dashboard does not refresh automatically; new data appears after refreshing the page.
Layout
The Dashboard tab consists of five insight blocks:
Metering
Shows among other things:
Meters grouped by last data reception (0–2 weeks, 2–4 weeks, 1–2 months, 2+ months)
Number of meters with unresolved issues
Number of uninstalled meters
“To Do” list to meter data and issue pages
Billing
Shows:
Number of invoices created and missing per month (graphs)
Number of advances created/missing
Invoices that:
Must be approved
Must be sent
Blocked contracts
Periods in queue after manual corrections
Payments
(Hidden if payments are disabled)
Shows:
Outstanding amounts, broken down by age (0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days)
Statuses of incoming and outgoing bank transactions
Number of collection files
Invoices ready for collection processes
Master data
Shows:
Draft contracts
Unsupplied locations
New tasks (including moving requests)
Communication
Shows:
Number of failed communication events
Link to details page of failed messages
What does 'Not Billed' show?
This tab shows:
All incomplete billing periods
Number of missing invoices per segment
Underlying causes (e.g. blockages, missing meter readings)
Exports for external analysis
Detailed navigation to invoice and contract issues
By default, the current month is selected.
What does 'Customer Aging' show?
The tab shows per customer:
Total outstanding amount
Breakdown into aging buckets:
0–30 days
31–60 days
61–90 days
90+ days
Any credit positions
Direct links to customer detail pages
Export option to Excel for accounts receivable management

Sections are hidden if permissions are missing
Payments are hidden if payments are disabled
Communication section is only shown if Communication 360 is active

Only unfinished periods are shown
Contract blocks and meter issues affect completeness
Corrections can make a period incomplete again
Exports contain all current incomplete records
Customer Aging
Open transactions are classified by due date
Pending payments do not count
Credit notes can produce negative aging

Why don't I see certain sections?
You don't have the correct permissions; ask your admin to add them.
Why don't the numbers refresh automatically?
The Dashboard only refreshes when the page is refreshed.
Why are Payment Insights missing?
Payment processing is disabled in your Billing Parameters.
Can I filter by Property Group?
In the Not Billed overview.
Why do I navigate to lists when I click on charts?
Charts are interactive and open filtered lists for quick analysis.
What does “End of This Month” mean?
The last millisecond of the current month in your organization's time zone.
How are overdue amounts calculated?
Based on open transactions whose expiration date has passed.
