  • Export invoices in an .XML format compatible with the Peppol network.


Peppol or Pan-European Public Procurement Online is a network that allows different parties to exchange documents with each other.

In order to share documents, such as invoices, via this network, these documents must be formatted according to the Universal Business Language (UBL).

If you need to send invoices to companies or government agencies via the Peppol network, you can now do this from Zero Friction.

Before you can export invoices to UBL, you first need to enable UBL export in the configuration menu.

Don't forget to click Save.

After you have approved one or more invoices, you can export them as a UBL invoice.

You still need to manually upload the UBL invoices to the Peppol network.
