Contractors can adjust their advance amount on the customer portal. The settings are defined in the configuration of Zero Friction.
It is possible to set a range in which the contractor can change his advance amount. This range can be a percentage deviation or an absolute range with fixed minimum and maximum values.
Note that the application always remembers the initial advance amount to check if the changed amount is still within the range allowed. This will prevent that users who change it multiple times exceed the range set.
It can be configured if an e-mail will be sent to the contractor to inform of the change.
