It is possible in the application to export various data.
Export meter data
First, go to the Meters menu by clicking on the meters icon in the vertical navigation bar.
In the meter menu we are now going to select all data to do a list page export. By this we mean a complete export of all data that is displayed on that page.
You can select all meters by clicking on the total number at the top left (it will first say 0 of 93 in our example, and when you click on that, it will suddenly select all meters and you will see 93 of 93).
Then, using the blue actions button at the top, you can specify what type of export you want to do.
If you choose to export the information displayed on the screen in full, simply select the Export option.
With this export, he will export the data from the meter itself (and not the measured values or consumption).
However, if you want to export the meter readings or consumption, select export meter readings or export consumption via the blue action button.
The export will always be an Excel type file that is downloaded.
Filtering of the meter data
You can also display a selection first on the meter page by clicking on the filter icon (funnel symbol) at the top right.
You can then specify the meter type you wish to display (individual, aggregated, shared or external), the location group and determine for which period of last received data you wish to display meters.
After you have applied a desired filtering, you can export that list of meters again by first selecting them all (click on the number at the top as explained in the previous paragraph) and then you can use the blue actions button to choose which data you wish to export (meter data, consumption, measurement data).
Export invoices and invoice data
To start exporting invoices, click on the invoices icon in the vertical navigation bar.
Now you can first apply a filter to the invoices you wish to export or you can simply select everything and export them.
To select everything, click on the number at the top left so that everything is checked.
Here you are that the selection has now become 2405 of 2405 items by clicking on it:
Next, you will click on the blue action button and choose the desired export that you wish to do.
Here you will have the choice between Export Invoice Lines which displays more specific information about the transactions or Export the data as it is displayed on the screen.
Each time an Excel file type will be generated and downloaded.
Filtering of invoices for export
Of course, it is also possible to first apply a specific filter to the invoices you wish to export.
To do this, click on the filter icon at the top right, the funnel symbol.
You can filter the invoices by
Location Group : If there are multiple location groups, you can specify one specific one
By type : advance payment, settlement, final settlement, credit note, invoice, corrective invoice
By status : created, approved, settled, generated, generation failed
According to payment method : bank transfer, direct debit
By invoice date : last week, last month, last year
Invoice date: set yourself
Invoice period: set yourself
You can use different filter types together to display a very refined selection of invoices.
Next, you will select the filtered invoices shown again and click on the blue action button and determine which type of export you want: Export Invoice Lines or Export where it will export the current data on the screen.
