Adjust product tariffs in bulk

This article guides you through the process of exporting and importing tariffs in Zero Friction.

Updated over 10 months ago

⚠️ Note! This feature is only available in the new Blazor interface!

To adjust rates in bulk, for example, at the end of the year, you can export your rates and modify them in Excel. Then, you can use the import functionality to upload your new rates into Zero Friction.

Exporting Tariffs

Where to Find the Export Function?

You can export tariffs via Configuration > Billing > Products.

How Does the Export Work?

  1. Select a Date: Choose the date for which you want an overview of active tariffs.

  2. Download the File: The generated Excel file contains a list of all products active on the selected date.

Contents of the Excel File

The file contains:

  • A "current" row: Leave this unchanged; it will be ignored during import.

  • A "new" row: Fill in the new tariff details here, including the start date.

💡 Tip: If an existing tariff period has a start and end date, the new period’s dates will be automatically filled. For example:

  • Current period: 01/01/2024 - 01/01/2025.

  • New period: 01/01/2025 - 01/01/2026 (length of the current period is carried over).
