the estimated settlement amount of the current billing period is calculated automatically
determine whether or not the future advance payment amount will be calculated automatically
When you create a new contract, Zero Friction will automatically calculate the estimated settlement amount for the current billing period.
When you click on the three dots next to the settlement amount, you will find the detailed calculation of this amount.
Each estimated payment amount is assigned a precision level so you can easily check whether this payment amount is reliable enough to communicate to your customer.
The settlement amount accuracy level is an average of the accuracy of all invoice items in the product used to invoice the contract.
From now on, you can also choose whether or not to automatically calculate the advance payment amount for the next billing period.
If you choose to have the advance payment amount calculated automatically, you can further choose whether you do this based on:
the previous invoice
the estimated invoice
💡Automatic calculation of the advance payment amount is set to "use previous invoice" by default. If you want to use the estimated invoice to calculate the new advance payment amount, you still need to set this up.
