On the customer portal, a contractor can follow up his consumption of the services provided.
For each service provided (heat, hot tapwater, cooling...) it is possible to view the consumptions per month or per year. Selecting a specific month will show the individual consumption for each day of that month.
It is also possible to compare with different periods in order to track difference in consumption levels.
This way, the contractor can monitor his consumption levels and can anticipate to reduce costs.
A prerequisite to view consumption levels on the customer portal is to actually have measurements available for that location in the system. If for any reason (e.g. dumb meters, meter communication problems...) no data is available for a certain period. Consumption levels will not be visible.
