Navigate through the payment plan overview

Updated over a week ago

The payment plan overview shows all payment plans within your organization. A payment plan divides a customer's outstanding balance into multiple installments that are collected over time.

This page is used to:

  • to track the status of payment plans,

  • to monitor payment progress,

  • quickly navigate to details of a specific plan.

The overview page is important because it provides an overview of current, completed, and problematic payment arrangements at a glance.

What does this page show?

The page shows a table in which each row represents one payment arrangement.

For each arrangement you will see:

  • The unique regulation number

    • Unique identification of the payment arrangement (e.g. PP-1024).

  • The linked customer

    • Customer number and customer name. The name is clickable and opens the customer details page.

  • The current status

    • Current status of the scheme, shown with a color code.

  • The total amount of the scheme

    • The original amount of the payment arrangement.

  • The remaining amount

    • The amount that is still outstanding.

  • The progression of terms

    • Number of paid installments compared to the total (e.g. 3/6).

  • The installment amount and frequency

    • Reference used for payments.

  • The next due date (if applicable)

    • Date of the next term (only for active plans).

The data is automatically updated based on payments, status changes and system processing.
